About us
Who can apply for this program?
Career Counselors with more than 5+ years of experience,
practicing career counseling independently/using any existing career counseling tool, or working with any other career counseling organization only are eligible to apply.
This program is meant to help already existing career counselors with business opportunities and horizons to expand their testing and career counseling skills with the students who come to them.
- Directly partner with us by just signing the Partner Career Counselor agreement
- Be eligible to get Ekaiv’s psychometric accesses/any other accesses to the platform depending on your requirements
- The initial Level – 1 of the training program shall be free of cost for the partner. Check out our 3-Level Certification Program
- Get awarded the “Training Completion Certificate” from Ekaiv.
FAQs
The program includes free Level 1 training program (free of cost) and accesses to the Ekaiv's dashboard and psychometric assessment.
If you are already a trainer and certified counselor, with an experience of more than 5+ years working as a career counselor, we suggest you do not repeat the training program. However if you still wish to undergo the complete training with Ekaiv, please feel free to speak to the team/apply separately for the complete training program. After completion of the training, you shall be eligible for the partnership, however student access for the dashboard and psychometric assessment shall be at a separate cost.
Yes, you shall have access to a separate counselor dashboard to retrieve information of your students, and also 1047+ hours of content as mentioned in FAQ No. 1
